International Shipping:
We only offer delivery in South Africa .

Delivery Address:
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Return Policy:

Eligibility:
Only defected hardware will be eligible for returns. Da Rug Lordz reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 10% for these returns at its discretion. Please note that this process may take up to seven (7) days to finalize.

Return Conditions:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. It must be properly repackaged for return to prevent damages during transit, which could affect eligibility for a refund. Returns must include the original packaging.
Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return unless hardware is defective or damaged.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund or Exchange:
Once the return is validated and the product inspected, we will either replace the item, offer a refund, or provide a coupon based on your preference.

Return Shipping:
The consumer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package for the value of the items being returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Situations where the product's details and specifications were accurately described on the website and are generally suitable for their intended purpose, but do not meet your personal preferences.
  • Cases where specific defects were disclosed to the consumer, and the consumer agreed to accept the goods in that condition.
